I specialize in chronic pain management. I have over a decade of patient care experience and a lifetime of experience with chronic pain.
I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which caused me to develop Craniocervical Instability (CCI) a Spinal CSF leak and dysautonomia. All of these are considered rare diseases, and I had to fight hard to even get a diagnosis- let alone treatment. I’m grateful to have a better quality of life since making my health a priority.
My mission is to help others find relief from chronic illness so that they may live their best life. I believe education is the key to becoming healed and empowered!

I specialize in genetics and genetic counseling with a strong focus in connective tissue disease including EDS. I am passionate about providing access to services to individuals historically underserved in a manner that best fits their needs. I have nearly a decade of patient care experience and a lifetime of experience with a personal genetic condition.
My goal as a genetic counselor is to help support and empower individuals in obtaining a diagnosis and improving their quality of life by sharing resources and facilitating access to genetic counseling and genetic testing in an understandable and transparent way.

David Saperstein
David Saperstein, MD
Our POTS/Dysautonomia/MCAS Specialized Neurologist
Dr. Saperstein is a highly experienced neurologist specializing in Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), POTS, and related conditions. He has cared for over 2,500 patients with these disorders, giving him extensive knowledge in diagnosing and managing their complex needs, including those with comorbidities like MCAS, CCI, and spinal fluid leaks.
Dr. Saperstein is committed to providing empathetic and thorough care, as evidenced by his 2021 Community Choice Award for Healthcare Professionals from The Ehlers-Danlos Society. With over 20 years of experience in neurology, he also has expertise in conditions such as Chiari malformation, migraines, and neuropathy.
He is board certified in Neurology, Neuromuscular Medicine, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Clinical Neuromuscular Pathology, and serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix.
